I was skeptical about another piece of gear, but this little retainer is dead silent on the move and the elastic shock cord adjusts without any fuss. Attached it to my 1-inch webbing in seconds and haven't tripped on loose straps since.

The elastic cord holds my excess webbing tight against my pack frame, so I finally stopped tripping over the dangling loops on rocky trails. It clips onto my 1” belt in seconds and stays silent during movement, which is exactly what I needed for hunting.

The shock cord is quiet when it moves, which matters more than I expected on a night hike. I clipped it to my 1" webbing and it holds the excess line snug without any fiddly adjustments. Makes me wonder why I didn't grab one of these sooner.
