The buckle clicks in with a satisfying snap, and the molle webbing on the back makes it a breeze to attach to my main pack on longer trips. As a standalone cross-body it's got just enough room for my essentials without feeling bulky, and the fabric has already shrugged off a muddy trail fall.
Swapped my usual cross-body for this on a weekend hike and the smaller size was perfect for keeping things light. The strap is comfortable even with a water bottle and snacks loaded up, and it doubled nicely as a shadow pocket on my bigger pack when I got home.
Tossed it in as a field pocket on my main pack for a weekend trip, and honestly it swallowed everything I threw at it while barely adding any bulk. The build feels just as solid as my bigger rucks, which is exactly what I hoped for.
