Ordered these as a gift with my late father's initials, and the leather feels sturdy enough to last years. The 5-character cap was easy to work with and the turnaround was right on schedule. Seeing his name stamped so cleanly made me tear up a bit when it arrived.
The initials came out crisp and clean on the leather, and the 5-character limit was easy to work with for my three-letter monogram. Took about a week to show up, but the wait was worth it since the stitching looks solid enough to last.
The stitching around the edges is clean and tight, and my three initials came out perfectly crisp. It took about six days to arrive, which was right within the window they mentioned, and it adds a nice personal touch to my bag.
