弧形Ruck板

Didn’t expect a simple cutout to change my ruck so much—breathing stays steady even when I’m grinding uphill, and the plates sit flat without shifting against my chest. Definitely keeping these in my rotation.

The hole in the middle actually works—I can keep a steady breathing rhythm during my ruck sessions instead of gasping halfway through. The weight sits close and stable against my chest without that pressure point digging in.

I was skeptical about the cutout at first, but after a 5-mile ruck I can actually feel the difference—no more constant pressure on my diaphragm, so my breathing stays steady. The plates sit snug and don't shift around, which is exactly what I needed for longer carries.
