Základní funkční fitness test

Vytvořili jsme nový standard v GORUCK PT. GORUCK Baseline Functional Fitness Test (zkráceně BFF Test) je podobný armádnímu PT testu a byl představen našim kandidátům Selection 023 v říjnu 2022. Letošní kandidáti Selection a sportovci GORUCK Games si test vyzkouší sami. Nyní chceme, aby se o to pokusila celá komunita GORUCK Nation. Tento test má sloužit jako způsob, jak zkontrolovat sami sebe a své fitness cíle.

Ran the full circuit twice over the weekend and the scoring sheet layout makes tracking each event stupidly simple. The clear categories on the patch kept me honest with my reps and time.

Took it out this morning and ran the whole thing with a buddy — the scoring card layout is so intuitive we barely had to look at the instructions. Solid stitching on the patch itself, feels like it’ll survive plenty of washes.

The layout is clean and the scoring sheet makes it easy to track progress, which I really appreciated during my first run. Took about 20 minutes to complete the whole thing and I’m already planning to retest next month to see if I can beat my numbers.
